The Agel Round S lampshade looks as if it was woven right in the jungle and then carefully brought to your home. The upper part is tightly braided from natural raffia in the shape of a soft bell, and below starts a cascade of raw fringe that resembles dry grass, the sea or palm leaf tails. When the light is on it passes through the weaving and falls on the floor with warm organic shadows.
Thanks to the height of about 35 cm and extra 30 cm of fringe the lampshade looks voluminous but not bulky. The 30 cm diameter makes it ideal for a zone above a side table, armchair, bedside table or as part of a group of pendants at different levels. Agel Round S easily fits into boho, wabi-sabi, Japandi and coastal interiors where natural materials and living textures are important.
Raffia gives a special mood - it is not perfectly smooth, somewhere it slightly sticks out and creates an effect of a "wild" sea of fibres.
