Payment and delivery

🚚 Delivery

Delivery of orders across Ukraine is carried out by "Nova Poshta". Delivery time is 1–2 days.

Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received by the store.

Shipments are not made on Sundays or public holidays. Delivery cost is paid by the buyer according to the carrier's rates.

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (TTN) to track your parcel.

1. Nova Poshta (Branch / Parcel Locker)

• Cost: according to Nova Poshta’s rates

2. Nova Poshta Courier

• Cost: according to the carrier’s rates

3. DHL (International Delivery)

• Delivery is carried out by courier to the specified address. Orders are shipped within 3–4 business days after payment is received.

  No shipments on weekends or holidays.

  The shipping cost is determined by the carrier and depends on the volumetric weight of the parcel.

  The delivery service fee is paid together with the product payment.
