The Vintage Kilim M cushion is crafted from an original Moroccan vintage rug – every loop of wool carries a story of warm winds, markets and colours of Morocco. Dense sheep wool, rich pink, coral and violet tones and a deeply textured surface turn this cushion into a true statement piece for your living room, bedroom or creative corner.
Each cushion is handmade by Berber artisans from the High Atlas Mountains. First there was a rug that lived its life in a Moroccan home, and then it was carefully transformed into contemporary textile decor. Every piece is one of a kind – the pattern and colour combination will never be repeated, so your cushion is truly unique.
The soft, high-pile wool texture adds a pleasant tactile feeling – it is comfortable to lean on while reading or relaxing and it pairs beautifully with rattan chairs, linen throws, wooden consoles and interiors in boho, wabi-sabi, ethnic or eclectic style.
You can create a harmonious set with other Moroccan textiles – for example, with the Safi wool rug, handmade. This is a genuine vintage rug made from thick sheep wool about 30–40 years ago, existing only in a single piece and forming a striking textile duo with the Vintage Kilim cushions.
