Description

Bini Vase is a compact handcrafted decorative vase from Indonesia, combining the natural texture of wood with expressive carved ornamentation and a distressed white finish. Its low rounded shape gives the piece a distinctive character and allows Bini to work beautifully as a decorative accent on its own.

The defining feature of the vase is its intricate hand-carved pattern. Flowing lines meet sharper geometric motifs and intersecting details, creating a richly textured composition that reveals something different from every angle. The ornament retains the subtle irregularities of hand craftsmanship rather than appearing mechanically precise.

The white finish is intentionally applied to allow areas of natural wood to remain visible. Brown undertones, subtle distressed details and variations in the finish highlight the carved relief and give the vase an authentic, time-worn character. A substantial upper rim and softly rounded silhouette balance the richness of the pattern.

With its 15 × 15 cm size, Bini can be easily styled on a console, chest of drawers, open shelf or coffee table, or incorporated into a larger decorative arrangement. It pairs beautifully with natural wood, rattan, ceramics, woven pieces and decor in earthy tones, making it particularly suitable for boho, ethnic, Bali-inspired, natural and wabi-sabi interiors.

The vase is handcrafted and individually decorated, so variations in carving, wood texture, distressed details and the distribution of the white finish are natural. These differences are part of its handmade character and make every piece individual.
